User Data Deletion Request

You can ask ProxiConnect to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to make that request.

How to request deletion of your data

To request the deletion of your account and personal data from ProxiConnect, please send an email to our team. We will verify your identity and permanently delete your data as described below.

Send your deletion request to:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request

Please include the following in your email so we can locate your account:

  • The full name on your ProxiConnect account
  • The phone number (WhatsApp number) and/or email address linked to your account
  • A short note confirming you want your personal data deleted

What happens after you request deletion

  • We will acknowledge your request and may ask one or two questions to verify that the account belongs to you.
  • Once verified, we will delete your personal data — including your profile details, contact information, job history, messages and uploaded photos — from our active systems.
  • Your request will be completed within 30 days. We will email you to confirm once it is done.
  • Some information may be retained where the law requires it (for example, transaction records kept for tax or fraud-prevention purposes). Any retained data is kept only for as long as legally required and is then deleted.
